May 2025 Royalty Payment (PayPal) Not Received

I haven't received my Zazzle notification that my royalty commissions for the previous month of April have yet to be posted to my PayPal account. This is usually done on the 15th (of each month.) It's now the 16th and so far no payment.
Anyone else missing their April commissions via PayPal or check?

The royalties made in April will be paid in June.

Perhaps I was unclear. I'm not talking about "sales." I'm talking about what's in my Payment History to go out this month that have already cleared.

This happened last month too. Several days before the funds actually clearing the system had them green with "cleared". I mentioned it last month, but no one got back to me. My funds were released today. Yours will soon follow.

I just checked PayPal. The money was sitting in there but I was never notified either by Zazzle or PayPal. Anyway I did a transfer.

Hmmm didn't even think to check because Zazzle has always come through. Now that I have, I notice there isn't even a "Processing" status in my payments history. At least seeing "Processing" would be okay, but nothing? Hope it's not something serious.

Well I contacted Zazzle support and I'm glad that they replied promptly.
I figured as much (and it was confirmed) that in my case, my payment has been deferred to next month because I had to change my Paypal email address on 1st May. The previous email address was compromised and I was a victim of a scam.
In any case, I'm glad to see Zazzle's system is working fine and efficient as always.
