Okay, I saw that it is semi-gloss. I just made postcards a few days ago. I never choose semi-gloss. I always choose the first option that comes up which is matte. Does it automatically change to semi-gloss without us knowing? Now, I have to re-do all those postcards.

Semi Gloss is being renamed “Basic Semi Gloss” - all paper products are going through the rename and most being auto set to Signature Matte
Go through your postcards and check to update them to your chosen paper type
You don’t have to “redo” anything (or recreate) - just make sure your postcards are set how you like
Edit details - product merchandising - change options - choose either Basic Semi Gloss or Signature Matte - the choice is yours

I never choose anything but matte. In my recent postcards that I put on the marketplace, by chance, I saw that it was basic semi-gloss or whatever it’s called now. It was changed from matte (which I originally chose) to basic semi-gloss without me doing it. That’s what really surprised me.
When I create more postcards, I’m going to look at them on the marketplace and make sure they are matte. Thanks a bunch for showing me a better way to change it - just go to edit details. Yesterday, I went a different route (not re-creating them), and it was laborious. Edit details is much easier.
I just noticed this, for me it’s a HUGE nightmare. I have 1000s of postcards to change. It’s not cool to change this on us right at the holidays without a bulk option available to change them to the cheaper format.
