Hi Creators,
We're beginning a series of updates to all our paper products aimed at enhancing the customer experience, improving manufacturing efficiency, and elevating overall quality. These updates are based on industry trends, competitive analysis, and extensive internal testing.
As part of this initiative, some paper types will be discontinued, with existing content automatically migrated to available paper type options - no action required on your part. In addition, we’re refining paper type names to make them clearer for customers and to help drive stronger conversion rates.
We’ve started with four products so far: Gift Tags, Favor Tags, Door Hangers, and Wineglass Tags and will be expanding to all other paper products as soon as possible. Gift Tags changes are already live, and Favor Tags, Door Hangers, and Wineglass Tags are currently in the migration process.
These changes are aimed to deliver several benefits:
- Streamlined product offerings with more consistent pricing and improved parity for customers.
- An enhanced shopping experience that makes it easier for customers to find, understand, and purchase products.
- Increased performance and sales potential for your products.
What You Need to Know
- All content currently published on discontinued paper types will be automatically migrated to an available paper type. Additionally, semi-gloss will be migrated to matte to drive stronger sales potential.
- During the migration, both old and new paper options will be temporarily live (typically for about one day).
- Once the migration is complete, the discontinued paper type options will be removed from the platform, but this will not impact your products, as they will have already been automatically migrated to the new paper type.
- If you have cover photos for paper types that are being discontinued, the system will typically remove them automatically. We recommend checking your designs and making any adjustments if needed.
- We are introducing Premium Soft Touch, a new, premium paper type. This elevated option features a soft, velvet-like finish and a thicker weight. This will replace the current paper types for Kraft, Felt Ecru, Columned, Laid, Felt White, Champagne Shimmer, and Metallic Silver for most flat paper types.
