Strange things are happening in my Saved Designs folder. Overnight there have appeared several of my own plus a few other creators products, as well as a couple of my own where graphics have been changed or removed. None of these are ones I have recently viewed or edited. This morning this activity is still going on. Each time I check my Saved Designs folder more items have been added. Now there are 4 pages of Saved Designs which have appeared for no apparent reason.
I have reported to Customer Services and am awaiting their reply, but wondered if anyone else is experiencing this? It feels as though someone else is doing things in my account.

I updated my password and logged out for a while. Having just logged back in, items are still being added to my Saved Designs - all very random designs.
Happened to me, too, this morning. And just happened again (checked after reading your post). Random products of other designers. The issue is not on your (our) end.

I have the same issue. I was worried and was going to change my password.
Same thing here… so far I’ve just seen designs appear on the first page when I haven’t worked on them in a while - so they shouldn’t be anywhere near the 1st page of saved designs, in front of others I just worked on yesterday. There’s 7 of them. Doesn’t appear to be any graphics removed - at first glance, they look just like they were when I started them (probably months ago). I’m going through the rest now to see if there’s anything else unusual. Still have tons of saved designs that can’t be deleted as a result of the “replace product” feature. Was hoping maybe this meant that they had been working on that - but I guess not. I’ll post back if I notice anything else.

Side note (for what it’s worth) - the time stamps on the saved designs that were moved /edited start at 7:22pm last night (1/15/23) and go through 1:15 am this morning.

Thanks for responding everyone, I was worried my account had been hacked! Presumably something that Zazzle is working on.

I am seeing the same issue with saved designs from myself as well as another creator randomly appear in my saved designs. First noticed it last night and more this morning.
I’m feeling better seeing that I’m not the only one affected! I’m having the same problem since late last night, pst. There are 13 pages of products so far in my saved design folder. There were more, actually, since when it 1st happened because I was initially deleting them – I probably deleted around 2 pages worth until I thought I should stop because I was afraid it would affect my current products.
The common denominator for the bulk of them, except for the products that aren’t mine, is they once contained “blooming elegant” & were changed to “morganna”. These were products I reworked because I didn’t like how morganna looked. Many were changed to another font that worked better for my design, but the “new” products in my saved designs have defaulted to morganna, not the replacement font. So far the live products are still what I changed them to but I’m very worried they’ll revert! I have not touched/reworked any of these designs since around August, when I “replaced product” on them. (I have hundreds that I worked on.) Please let us know what’s going on!

Yep - I have some too. But in my case, it appears to be items from other designers I was looking at?
Thankfully , it doesn’t appear to show the SELL IT button after using the design tool to edit (an actual edit, not a personalization). What a disaster that would be!

same here. I figured it’s since been that way because it was like that for so long that I stopped looking at my saved designs folder.

Me too! I’ve had this issue in the past and was told that a Zazzle employee was logged into my account to check something and then forgot to log out. But in that case the items were showing up in my “recently viewed” list across the bottom of the screen - not in my saved designs, so I’m thinking this might be something different. Hopefully it’s just a technical glitch and not some sort of a data breach or something like that!

It’s just weird because many of those are versions of my “replace product edits” before I changed the font from morganna to something else. And my final “replace product” edits are the ones I haven’t been able to delete from my “saved designs” folder all these past months, not these versions. I don’t think these versions ever existed! Also hoping it’s just a tech glitch. I’m worried that my products might revert back to what they were before I tweaked them last summer.
At any rate, however, no new additions today to the “saved designs” folder. I would love to delete the 13 pages of these products but I’m afraid to touch anything.

That’s so weird. I don’t have that happening knock on wood but I do have a saved design from 7/6/22 that no matter how many times I delete it it just keeps showing back up.
This just started happening to me too. I haven’t seen any products from other creators, but random older products that I haven’t touch in awhile are showing up as new saved designs.

It’s happening again to me today. 6 more pages of “saved designs”. Please make it stop! Or can I delete them with no ill consequences?

Waiting for an update back on engineering on this one.
Is it possible that you’re seeing old products of yours that were inadvertently pushed to the front of your Saved Designs?

Some of the things I’m seeing are not even my products, though most are. I’ve got literally dozens of them every day, designs I KNOW I haven’t looked at recently. Some are hidden products so I know nobody else is viewing them unless a Zazzle employee is logged into my account or something.
