Why Doesn't My Text Template Work?

Does anyone know why my text template isn’t working for this card? I can’t see what is wrong.

I just checked  by clicking on edit text, then entered the word test, it worked. At least for me.
I was logged in when I checked. Okay, logged ou, hit link for edit  design, clicked on text panel, left side, brought up edit text. It works.

Thanks for checking. When I click there is no template? Maybe I need to logout to see it?

I had to open EDIT DESIGN - there was no template.

Are all your “allow edits” fields correctly checked? When on the CUSTOM INSIDE TEXT, I do not see any “make template” fields (it is not my design though so that may be why I don’t see it).

I don’t see a template there. I could edit it if I went into the design tool, but not on the product page. Do you have the template field set to allow editing on the product page?

Like @cat and @BKMuir  said, have you allowed editing on the product page? It’s a slide just under URL parameter @MasterpieceCafe

Yes, the template field is on and allow edits is on. Weird.

Thanks everyone, I think this is a glitch. I have no idea how to fix it though.
