I seem to have the template set up properly, but it doesn't show as having a template. Thanks for looking into this.

Hi @MasterpieceCafe,
The team have responded with the following info.
This product is marked as not a template.
This means that when the Creator was on the post for sale form, they selected the option to make it not a template, which strips all template fields from the final product. This is a quick way to allow the creator to design something that they will reuse to publish different designs from the same base product without having to go in and strip the template parameters.
If the creator wants it as a template they need to keep the option to make it a template selected during publishing. There is no way to change this currently without reposting for sale.

Hi @MasterpieceCafe,
I tested this myself and it is the reason the template is not working on the card. Here is a screenshot of the option picked which negates any templates set.
Here is an example hat I did myself. I set the template in the design tool but then selected the no template option when posting for sale.
