Vertical Text Alignment in Templates

Is there a solution to this problem I'm having?

1. I've got text centered on the page in various products (greeting cards, magnets, plaques, etc). That text is intended to be modified by the customer and the can do so easily because it's assigned as a template field, "Your Text Here".

2. Only PROBLEM: When they start typing to edit the field, horizontally their replacement text is centered as expected, but VERTICAL centering is completely askew and apparently the only way they can fix that is to go into the full blown editor themselves. I've got some technologically-challenged customers so that's becomming an issue.

Any ideas? I've not found a way to ANCHOR that text vertically to the center of a page, which would be the obvious solution. Feature request, unless I'm missing something?

Did you make sure you chose the center justification and not left or right?  It is in the options menu at the right of the design tool when you are editing the text.  I think that might solve it for you.  If not, I am not sure because I have never encountered that problem.

There is an anchor option available on the right hand side of the design area that allows you to anchor the text at the top, center or bottom. The center anchor will do what you're looking for.
