Why is my mug being added to content review?

To my horror my just created mug is added to a list of "content review" mentioning it may take more than 4 days (working days, so looking at a week?) to be approved. I've never seen anything like this before. Is it because it's a photo template? Are all products now being "reviewed"? What is going on?
Thanks for notifications about changes in policy, Zazzle.

Are there any words in your design that could be interpreted as offensive when taken in a different context? I once made some graduation designs that used the Latin phrase "magna c*m laude" and they got flagged for review because of the word "c*m" (which I cannot type here because it will get flagged for the same reason.) Had myself a good chuckle about that one! 😁

Thanks, @Cat
I already got a reply! Surprise!
The design is not approved because " image and/or text that is not suitable for printing"
I replied because I have no idea what that means.
Also nice to be threatened and that I now have a warning:
Please be aware that continued violations of Zazzle's User Agreement and Acceptable Content Guidelines may result in termination of your account.
(bold added in their email)
Wondering if anyone else has had this happen?

Such a helpful response! 🤔 (she says without the slightest hint of sarcasm... 🙄) Well - if/when you get a reply from an actual human being with some meaningful information in it, I'd love to know what the problem was!

Like Cat said, some bot probably flagged a word that taken out of context can be 'offensive'...
Some more examples - a rooster (**bleep**), the nickname form of Richard - **bleep**, the famous artist Van **bleep**, and the cleaning phrase spick and span... (interesting... it didn't kill this last one). But try to mention that how at 98 **bleep** van **bleep** is still dancing...
A real human should be able to reinstate it. Years ago I had something flagged. I don't remember exactly why, but it was completely inoffensive and as soon as an actual person looked at it, it was posted.

I agree with everyone who has commented so far. It is probably something to do with a word on the "No No" list. I still have an address label under review since 1/28/23 titled "Simple Elegant Blue Marble Initial Address Labels". It just sits under review because it was flagged for being offensive. I cannot figure out why as the design was just a white and blue marble background with a monogram letter initial. Weird to me. When I click on the option to duplicate it, it comes up with a blank address label. Hope you find out the exact cause.

Thanks, @SJoy and @PenguinPower
I guess this AI thing is new then (at least to me). I hope to get a reply soon as it is obviously something I was not aware of and might inadvertently do again.

@Cat So my mug was an uneventful Christmas design intended as gift for grandma with photos of the kids and family and such. Mentioning in text names & kids, followed by 3 times an X (not sure how to formulate this in an understandable way without setting off all red flags in the forum). I received a kind response saying I should use instead XOXO.
English is my second language and I missed this nuance.
It's back in review now though. Hope it will pass this time!
Edit: Even after changing the text following Zazzle's advice, it got rejected AGAIN. Not sure what to say now.

Hahaha! I can see how the three letter X characters (yes, it's hard to write that without writing it) could set off the bot, but it's strange that making it XOXO would do it too - maybe it's just that once it's been flagged it's considered "suspicious" so they want to check it again? Hmmm.... Well, I hope it passes this time!

Thanks @Cat . Second time it apparently was removed due to a "technical error", so I get to create it again ... Never a dull moment on Zazzle!

How bizarre! Somewhat disconcerting, but I hope it wasn't a design that took 20 hours to create or something!
