So I started to make cover photos for my fabric patterns and now I have a dilemma. Zazzle's cover image for cotton fabric looks like the image on the left ... kinda dingy gray background even though the actual design has a pure white background (like the image on the right.) So when I'm making my cover images, do I dim down my whites to make them look dingy? I don't want to mislead customers by showing a pure white if that's not what the fabric will really look like. And it makes me wonder if I should even bother making patterns with a white background if the real thing just looks this dirty. Has anyone seen what the actual fabric looks like?

@BayleeHaven't seen fabric in real life but if you scroll through the reviews at the bottom you can view pictures of other fabric with white elements in them and see that it is actually white and not as "dingy gray" as expected eg - on this face mask that someone made from fabric - looks white to me
You can always mention that 'colors may vary' in your description of your mockup

Thanks @Sara_H 😊. When I looked at the reviews I guess I didn't scroll far enough to find this white mask so that's very helpful. It does look a little creamy white but at least it's not dinge-gray! Think I'll tone down my whites just a tad on my cover photos and that should do the trick.
