I'm confused about the minimum quantity on the new paper table tent signs: Create your own Table Tent Sign | Zazzle At first, I designed a bunch of table numbers on this product, but then I got an email from team designer saying that we shouldn't put that sort of design on them because they had a minimum quantity of 10 or something like that - so I switched all of the table numbers to plastic. But now it looks like the minimum quantity on the paper tents has changed to 1. Is that a temporary change or a permanent one? I'm just trying to figure out if I can switch my table numbers back to paper or not. TIA.

Hello, hoping someone can shed some light. I logged in today to see the error on my earnings page "We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete." It states that my email address connected to paypal is invalid. I also noticed my address had reverted back to a very old address in the payment settings area. I have received payments to the same paypal account for many years and have never had this issue arise. Please help with any information you have to correct this problem.

I have noticed on my account payments that over $108 dollars in sales has cleared but it does not show a check being issued on 12/15/2025. I never had a problem like this before in all my years here. Payments are always issued for over $100 dollars or more once the sales have cleared and the check is issued and sent the 15th of the month. Will I be getting a payment for those earnings at a different time or is it because of the extended returns until 01/31/2026? If so when will the payments really be issued then? I just need to know as I count on my Holiday payments each year to pay upcoming bills. Thank-you for any help in regards to this matter.

I searched the forums and didnt find the exact question I have... hope this is not a moronic question. If I design matching envelopes for an invitation, holiday card, etc is it possible to have it in the "addressed envelopes" list? I see some cute designs in there but it would be great if the actual matching envelopes could be offered. Is this an option and if so how do I set it up in my collection/shop/product listing? Or is it random and automatic? Thanks!

For the last couple of weeks I have had a buyer making 5 - 7 orders in a row, 2 - 3 cents in royalties each. Within hours, these products all get returned. This is starting to happen every other day now. It's the same product every time. The city is Portland and the names are quite unique. I reached out to Zazzle support yesterday but no response just yet. I have no idea what is going on but I feel this buyer needs to be blocked at this point. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I'm going nuts trying to figure this out on my own. So, here's the deal. I usually create my patterns in a square format, but this time I had an idea for a wallpaper design that I thought would look great with more detail and less of a repeat, so I was going to go for a longer length pattern where the width stays the same. I thought it would be just like creating wrapping paper .... except turned on it's head. So, if I create my pattern in a 9:16 size (which is one of the aspect ratio options in the design tool for wallpaper), and then select 'fill' it will be perfect, right? So I spent hours and hours ... and hours .... creating this pattern with a 9:16 ratio, only to find out it doesn't work that way. Or I think maybe it doesn't work??? I'm not really sure. This is the pattern and what happens when I create it this way. This is the 'unrolling' version of Zazzle's thumbnails which shows the pattern with a seam and as being cut off at where a square would land. And this is the 'in situ' thumbnail that shows the pattern correctly with no seam at the square ratio line. So is the pattern going to print correctly or not? Which do I believe, the 'unrolling' version or the 'in situ' version? And what is it I'm not getting about this 'aspect ratio' option?

I’m hoping someone can help me sort out something I’ve been hearing. A few creators have mentioned to me that Zazzle is phasing out lifestyle mockups or cover images, but I haven’t been able to find anything official to back that up. I’ve searched everywhere I can think of, and so far nothing points to an actual announcement or policy change. My own lifestyle mockup posts are still up and active, and the official Zazzle YouTube channel still has videos that teach how to create cover images, mockups, and collection visuals. Everything I can see publicly still supports using them. Because of that, I’m trying to understand whether this is a real update from Zazzle or just something that’s been passed around and misunderstood. If there has been an official statement or forum post about phasing out lifestyle mockups or cover images, I’d really appreciate someone pointing me to it. I just started a second store, and I am finding that when I post a product for sale it is not always appearing in my storefront (the backend, not just the public side). I can find the listings by clicking on them in my list of recently visited products, and they are listed there as being for sale in my store. I have tried reposting and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I can't figure out why it is only working some of the time. And just FYI I do have "all" clicked under product visibility so I know I'm seeing everything that's there. Any suggestions appreciated.

I am trying to help a customer whose foam board poster will not arrive in time for their event. Trying to transfer it onto a poster that can be digitally downloaded. I have tried several paper posters and they do not have the instant download format showing. I also tried the value paper poster and it shows 2 different front images: front 1 and front 2. I did not understand how that worked? Any ideas? This couple is standing by waiting for me to send them a link to a downloadable poster. Thanks!
