Images not showing in preview?

All my birth announcements don't show the image customers can replace with their own anymore in the preview images. They did when I posted them last year but now don't show at all. When I click personalize this design, it does popup & can be replaced but my previews look so odd with no picture in them, like they can't be edited. When I go to download to just create my own previews & upload as media, it also doesn't include the pic in the download. I have photo Christmas cards that are not having this issue. Anyone else noticing this?

@sparklyndesigns  I visited your store and saw the same issue with your cards. If the photos were visible before, this could be due to a recent modification in the design tool. The only difference I noticed between the birth announcement cards and your Christmas cards is that the birth announcement template photos use a mask, and none of them are set to "Force customers to replace with their own content." The latter might be the cause, as this setting was recently changed. The design tool now grays out the area and shows a "change image" icon. It's possible this has created a glitch. Just a thought! 🤔

Hi! You're seeing it on the Christmas cards too? I had a friend check it out & they only noticed it on the birth announcements so I hope it's not happening on both. Will look into what you mentioned. They were all created using the old design tool. Hope it's just a glitch! It looks bad when showing up in search against other designs. 😐

@sparklyndesigns  Sorry if I didn't explain that well! I can see your photos on your Christmas cards. I was just saying that they were set up differently on the template to your birth announcements. 🙂

Hi, I was wondering if there is any update on this? I republished 1 of the designs & it seems like the pic is showing but the rest are still not showing. Just wondering if I'm going to have to just repost the other designs.
