Hi! I am new to Zazzle and I only have one account and one store affiliated with that account. When I go to “edit details” in the store, it says I don’t have access to the page and need to login with the correct account owner?? The items I designed and own, I created them from a blank template.. I’m just a little confused. I can go back and edit the design from my account, but I don’t want to edit the design. If anyone has any insight I’d greatly appreciate it!

Since September 2023, I have not received any payments for my work, despite repeated attempts to resolve the problem. Each time I contact customer service, I am instructed to make changes to my account information. It is particularly concerning that a small payment was recently processed this month for another Zazzle account I hold (though $2 short!), indicating the system is functional, yet my primary account remains neglected. Please investigate the root cause of the payment hold on this account and expedite the release of all outstanding earnings accumulated since September 2023. Can you provide a detailed explanation for this ongoing issue and a clear timeline for receiving my payments? (Another payment was canceled on a third Zazzle account I hold.) Furthermore, my situation appears not to be isolated. Numerous other creators have reported issues with withheld payouts. Hi, Now this is a super delicate question...but I will ask it anyway. I have some designs that are not appropriate for my store. They are not what I call straight up "porn". The lower parts are covered. The upper parts are not hidden at all. The designs in some case would even be called "sexy, lusty " etc. 1. How would someone looking for these even search for them? 2. This is allowed as far as Zazzle goes right? I have seen them while doing random searches..but they are classified as "G" or I would not have been presented with them...right? 3. I was thinking of creating a tasteful store.. but not sure the designs would even be found for Zazzle searchers nor the search engines. Update: Did some research. There are lots and lots of naked men breasts showing genitals not showing...all rated G. So...it sounds like a G rating for my art would be ok as long as the genitals are not exposed. The naked artsy men were on brownies 🙂
