Product not in marketplace

Can anyone please tell me what’s wrong with this product:

I published it months ago and it was not in the marketplace. So I posted in the forum, but did not receive an answer (can’t find this post back).
So I decided to re-post it on April 25 2025. 
However, it is STILL not in the marketplace (search by exact name of the product):

It happens regularly that products are not getting indexed at all, but to have it happen twice to the same product, makes me wonder if there is something with this particular product that causes this.

Thank you, @Laura  , I forgot about that. It still needs to be fixed though, as it seems to have disappeared into the notorious Zazzle black hole, also known as “the team”.
