OK, since being ignored here, I decided to use the chat function to find help.
This is the result:
"We do not have control of the algorithm, and where products are placed when searched this is due to many things such as sales, popularity, tags searches etc. sorry about that"
This is beyond alarming.
How would it become popular if it's not listed to begin with?
And this is just the tip of the iceberg. I don't have time to check out for all products if they are listed or not.
No wonder there are no sales. You can't sell what's not there.
I rest my case.

Mark, I discovered over 9000 products in 3 stores that are not indexed. There may be even more from other stores that I haven’t yet investigated. Many were listed until last week when they were erroneously hidden in the ‘requiring optimization’ glitch. They have not been reindexed. Some from March were never indexed at all. Those may be tied to the back end search issue where listings can’t be found because they’re not assigned to Zazzle departments despite having the correct department categories having been submitted and found in “Product info” under “Edit product details”. I have submitted several emails with detail to Proseller support that have mostly gone unanswered. This needs to be fixed. I can’t imagine I’m the only one impacted in a major way.
