Wrist watches and pocket watches can't be searched

In the past, I've sold a fair number of watches, both wrist and pocket types. I've actually bought many myself, as I love the Zazzle watches.

Unfortunately, I hardly ever sell a watch anymore, and I may have just found out why.  Try to search for them. I get results, but generally not wrist watches or pocket watches. Lots of apple wrist bands, but not what I'm looking for. Tried to narrow the category, but that was no help.

WOW watch sale tank and can not even find my top seller in there no more. that is bad if you search watches you get  2,108 results that should be 200.000 more and if you search Christian watches you get 25 so why not fixed yet zazzle you do update 1 set forward 10 steps back .batá test batá test is will solve all this that what windows does that what the gaming company do why don't you ,AND all my watches are not sold out yet so that's not the reason.

thank you so question are the watches imported from china and designed in the USA .

I don't believe they are made in China; thought Japan. But I could be wrong.

Yeah, I'm wrong on that. Nevermind.......!

Some styles show as being out of stock, but many are not. I just ordered one of the bracelet styles a month ago, and like all the watches I've received from Zazzle, I love it. But just can't bring them up in search.

I just tried a search for Long Service Wristwatch, and got... T-Shirts!

Worryingly, this suggests that the search function, (which is a critical part of this platform for buyers), is not working as it should. How many potential sales are designers losing because visitors are unable to find their creations? Zazzle should look into this urgently.

Hi @kills,

Thank you for your patience!

😱

I just Zazzle searched for "watches" "wrist watches" and "pocket watch." (5/29/25) All apple watches, though I did see 2 regular wrist watches on the first couple search pages. Couldn't find ANY pocket watches.in Zazzle Search. I'm appalled. [Apple Watches, fyi, are also made in China mostly.]

Today I was able to get decent results when I searched for watches. Appears to be fixed somewhat.

However, pocket watches still have a problem. For example, I have several Rottweiler dog pocket watches. When I search for rottweiler pocket watch, I get sweatshirts. And the "refine by category only shows clothing & electronics...not jewelry or watches.

Thank you for the fix so far!

Also, I have a question about what is SUPPOSED to show in search results.

I have two cat watches which have each sold once. When I search for "cat watch" I get 6 pages of results, 360 watches. Neither of those two that have sold are in the results. What is the limit for search results...I thought it used to be 13 pages. Is there now a time limit on sold products? In other words, if it has been 2 years since a product sold, is that product excluded from results after a certain time, even though there appears to be room to include it?

In reorganizing my stores and products, I'd love to have a bit of insight here, and I'm sure others would like to know, also.

Thank you.

Still doesn't work for me.

Yeah, it's back to being worthless again. One more avenue of profit eliminated...with no response from Z, as usual.

I just noticed that the watches in my collection are not showing any more either:

Thanks, @Scott
It now looks like this:

I have 19 watches in this collection.
Wasn't it supposed to be the other way round, just older ones showing and a day or so later the newest ones?
At no point in time would there be zero products in an established collection.
Thanks for your help.

I'm still unable to search watches, and it's no surprise that I haven't sold any for a long while. Watches come under "jewellery", but "jewellery" is not a suggested category when results are displayed. Perhaps that's where the problem lies.
