How discouraging and disappointing that with this new Ambassador Program I have gone back to my earned royalties being lower than when I first started with Zazzle years ago.  I have always had my commission at 10% so that’s not the issue.  It is unconscionable to me that with all the work with designing, listing and maintaining our stores we are down to earning pennies for our efforts.  It is my opinion that a company (Zazzle) who used to care about its creators has moved on to just treating us as pawns in how their company can make the most profits with no consideration about the people who help them achieve that goal.

100% agree. I'm new to Zazzle, have only been on the platform for less than a year. This new Ambassador program is really unfair and has cut my commission to 5%. All of my sales are now 3rd party. I reached out to Zazzle regarding this issue in relation to a custom order I did and got a canned response and I'm still waiting to hear back from the higher ups.

Are we all automatically enrolled in the ambassador program? If so, that's really disappointed. I was recommended to use this platform over Redbubble.
