Drop in Zrank When I raised my Royalty Rate

Since the new Terms of Use Agreement, I did not change my royalty rate in April and experienced a 30% decline in royalty revenue.

This month (MaY)  I changed my royalty rate to reflect a net royalty that would equate to my revenue prior to April 1.  Zazzle immediately downgraded my zrank from an 8 to a 7 with the uptick in my royalty rate.   So basically it feels like I'm being punished for trying to make the money I was making prior to April 1.

Anyone else have this happen?

Your shops zRank is determined by many factors. Zazzle won't say what those factors are but many of us have deduced that sold products vs. unsold ones play a part. Royalty rates may apply too. As many have said in other forum posts that are all over these forums.

In the long run, it's not worth worrying that you went from an 8 to a 7. Just focus on providing great designs on products customers want to buy and promote, promote, promote your products.

Zrank dropping from 8 to 7 isn't going to kill your sales. What you need to worry about is your placement in the market place. As long as that stays pretty much the same, your sales should remain steady. If your products drop in placement, then that is a whole different problem.
