I used the product share button to share a product from my shop on Facebook. But Facebook ALWAYS adds all kinds of tracking info to 100% of the links posted on their platform so I was wondering since the Ambassador program pays out self-promotion rates only on “clean” links, how does using the Facebook share button EVER result in self-promotion royalty % being properly credited to the resulting sales?!
example: Using the “share” arrow & selecting the Facebook option, turns my clean link to this mess once it posts on Facebook because Facebook dirties up ALL links posted on their platform .. So my question to @zazzle is .. Is THIS still considered a “clean link”?
Does Facebook muddy CLEAN self promotion links?

You're absolutely right—Facebook tends to add tracking info to links shared on its platform, which can complicate things when it comes to Zazzle's Ambassador Program and self-promotion royalties.
From what I found from reading about the Ambassador Program in order to get the royalty it requires that self-promotion links remain "clean," meaning they should not contain additional tracking parameters that could interfere with proper attribution. The program identifies self-promotion links based on the absence of referral codes, ensuring that sales generated from your own promotions are credited correctly.
Have you tried manually posting your clean link instead of using the share button. Also could try a URL shortener
I hope Zazzle responds because that is the only way to know if the Facebook Z link that is modified with tracking are still considered clean.
In my opinion >I think the FB modified links fall into (3rd party) . All that self promotion for links that are not clean, now that’s frustrating.

Yes, I was coming to ask this exact question. I was in the promoter2 program and I never used the share link buttons as they added the "associates" code to the end of the link.
Under the share links this new page says "Share your product and earn 35 to 50 percent" . If I use these links am I going to get the full royalty due or should I continue to make my own ads and post them myself?
I have never posted anything using the share buttons, I always created my own posts and used a clean link. I only promote my own products.
For that reason, I'm wondering why I just had my first self-referral since this new program started and I only received a 15% royalty. Just the fact that it was a self-referral should surely mean that I should have received 35 to 50 percent?

Yes I have tried the “copy link” instead of using the Facebook share button however since the *dirtying* of the link happens automatically ON Facebook and BY Facebook, it makes no difference. The end result is a dirty link that Facebook seems to get the credit for bringing the sale unless maybe I add my Ambassador code & just give up on sharing better paying clean links for my Facebook promoting.
Still hoping an official Zazzle rep pops in to address this issue because if we aren’t credited for clean links that Facebook dirties up on their site, then the share links info on zazzle is incorrect & deceptive.
