After sales Care - increasing product value

Hi there,

Just starting a store, I had an Idea in my head to include a A4 info sheet with my products to give detail about how I make my artworks and background on the subject matter, as a personal touch and something extra to add to the the product to make the customer feel warm and fuzzy about their purchase, or maybe some other small item, but I don't know if Zazzel handles the order from start to finish..? If the product is posted directly from/by Zazzel I guess there wouldnt be a way to include something like this from my end, and I can't see anything in the store settings about adding anything to acompany a product...

We don't have such a feature enabled for creators currently. However, we appreciate all suggestions and ideas so I'll be sure to forward it to our team for further consideration.

Hi Clint, You may have already entered your message in your settings, but here’s where to do so, for anyone who hasn’t. You said you wanted to “add to the the product to make the customer feel warm and fuzzy about their purchase”…
To add a personal message to your customer you can do this—-
When logged in to your account—-
Advanced settings>Personal message to your customers>Personal message to customer when they purchase from you.
Further information pop up states—-When someone purchases one of your products they will receive a personal greeting from you on-site and in order emails.
