Hello everyone, I'm posting because three of my recent designs were suddenly and completely removed from Zazzle, and I'm hoping someone can shed light on this or has had a similar experience. The deleted products are all variations of Ayat ul Kursi posters. I created them on 02/09/2025, and they had been available for several weeks. When I try to view the product pages, I get the standard "no longer available" error page, which is very vague: "You do not have access to the product" "The product ID is not valid" "The product was deleted by the Independent Creator" (I did NOT delete them) "The product was removed due to our Acceptable Content Guidelines and User Agreement" Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, especially with products that are simply text and imagery (like a poster)? My main frustration is that even if a component like the frame option in the mock-up became unavailable, the core poster print product should still be for sale. The deletion of the entire product without any warning or specific reason is extremely unnerving. I've already contacted support, but I wanted to see if the community has any insight into what triggers a full deletion versus a simple discontinuation of a product option. I still haven't gotten a grasp on how the royalties work these days. I just made this sale on which it shows I earned a tad under 10%. I created a heart shaped photo frame, made the photo a template and chose fit (I also tried fill). When I test replacing the image the photo remains a square instead of a heart shape, can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Is anyone else selling curtains, but regularly having them returned or canceled? Is there a quality control issue? I was so excited when Zazzle added that product option. It's such a bummer when those fairly large sales go pink almost every time. I don't know what the reason is for the cancellations.

I want to add a small QR code on the top just beneath the collar section or the bottom of the shirt, but the design interface won't let me raise the QR code any higher or low enough to the bottom. Any tips, please?

Good morning, A couple of months ago, Zazzle, overnight, gave us the option of vertical on tissue paper. This is great. Unfortunately, at the same time, they turned our already vertical tissue paper into horizontal as well as creating white edges on two sides. I don't want to redo the tissue paper because I will lose my place in the market and views, etc. But I don't want customers to think that the tissue paper has white edges when I made sure they didn't when putting them on the marketplace. I asked Zazzle twice, here on the forums, if they are going to correct their mistake, but I have not received a response. So I'm asking you guys if you are re-doing your tissue paper or are you just leaving it horizontal with the white edges? Thanks!
