Is anyone else selling curtains, but regularly having them returned or canceled? Is there a quality control issue? I was so excited when Zazzle added that product option. It's such a bummer when those fairly large sales go pink almost every time. I don't know what the reason is for the cancellations.

Hi. First of all, I love the new "Remove Background" tool! My question is, if a creator uses this tool and then gives the customer the option to replace image, will their photo automatically be shown with the background removed? Hello, hoping someone can shed some light. I logged in today to see the error on my earnings page "We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete." It states that my email address connected to paypal is invalid. I also noticed my address had reverted back to a very old address in the payment settings area. I have received payments to the same paypal account for many years and have never had this issue arise. Please help with any information you have to correct this problem.

I purchased one of my products while I was logged into my designer account, clicking on the product from my store management page. When I looked at my royalty history, it said my purchase was 3rd party under Referred. It also took out a 45% percent marketing fee. Shouldn't my purchase have been labeled as "self" under Referred? When I contacted support about this, they did not address my issue. They sent me the following: "There are a number of limitations that can prevent a referral from being successful. There is no way on our end to tell exactly why the referral was not obtained. It is also important to note that the referral program is a reward system for Creators who have brought new Customers to Zazzle and not a benefit for helping those who have already discovered Zazzle. The most common limitations are as follows: 1. The customer has an ad blocker installed on their browser. 2. The customer changes their browser in the time between clicking the link and completing the purchase. 3. The customer changes their device, i.e. clicking the link on mobile but placing the order on desktop. 4. Changing domains, i.e. going from zazzle.com to zazzle.ca. 5. The referral cookie has expired between being clicked on initially and the order being placed (cookies register to the user’s browser for up to 7 days). 6. The Customer contacted the Creator but have already been on the Zazzle site. Examples of this are customers reaching out via chat, but this can also happen if a customer reaches out via another contact channel Unfortunately our Community Team does not have the means to investigate these inquiries as there are too many variables and we cannot retroactively apply a referral. If you have any follow up questions, please reply and we will be happy to help." I want to reiterate I, myself, was the customer and I am informing Zazzle my purchase came through my store management page. My question is: Why was my purchase through my store management, while I was logged into my designer account, labeled as a third party taking away a marketing fee? All of a sudden, I'm not able to share my products to Pinterest. I click on the Share button, select Pinterest, and select which board I want to share it to and then get a response "Sorry, something went wrong. Check the url and try again". So when I tried adding the url directly to my Pinterest board, rather than doing it from Zazzle, I get a message "Sorry! This site doesn't allow you to save Pins." I've been able to pin stuff in the past. What's happened?

I have a party store and had hundreds of baked goods and candy favors, I finally get all the baked goods deleted, now I just saw chocolate kisses, please tell me they are not going to delete all my be party favors, and all while I am trying to get ready for Christmas?? I was trying to create a text drop shadow effect, using a certain word, which would go behind the letter frames. Then I noticed certain missing letter shapes in the clipart section of the elements. What happened there? How is half the alphabet missing? Anyway, does anyone know what font that is? It seems to reflect the frame letters, I know that. Maybe if I figure out what font it is, I can use that instead.

I submitted the W8-BEN form on Jan 16th and received an automated response. However , checked my payment page today and saw an orange error message on top that the form has not been collected. "We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete. Update your Payment Settings. W8-BEN form has not yet been collected" Please note that I have not received any email with rejection or requested corrections. What is the best way to check what exactly is going on?

Hello : ) I sell on 2 different sites, including Zazzle. I have used the advice from best practices on both to put together a list of 11 keyword categories, such as medium, occasion, traits, etc. , to use for my keyword list. As we can have only 10 tags on Zazzle, I am confused as to how to pick and choose from these categories, and which keywords to use from them for tags in the tagging section of my listing. For instance, would the color category trump the medium category in some cases? Thank you so much in advance! Cheryl Ps. I guess that dilemma could also apply to our product titles. Advice? Thanks!
