My designs are nature and landscape photography (not professional). Some of my products get views (according to the insights) but no sales. I've shared my products on both Pinterest and Facebook, which I think is where most(if not all) of the traffic comes from. I understand my views are not huge but any advice as to what could be putting off customers would be appreciated. I would also be grateful for any advice on my product tags; I've tried researching them in terms of relevance vs popularity but I seem to be overlooking some things. Are socks discontinued? Both sizes are marked through, but they say SOLD OUT. Why would it say discontinued if they are sold out? Why not put sold out on it instead of discontinued. Zazzle has gotten a lot of discontinued products, which is sad. Isn't anything new coming in like area rugs, or curtains.? My store is kind of depleting. 😭

So, I finally finished my initial Z-Rank. Also, sold a couple things (greeting card). I'm just trying to feel my way around after setting up a Pinterest account. Was wondering are there any suggestions on what to do next? What have worked for any of you sellers? Also, are there any good guides for formatting boards or sharing to Pinterest. Have an idea how it goes. But, still at a loss learning making posts. Never really done it before.

every time I try to search a multi-word entry in marketplace, I get a 404 page not found error... this has been ongoing for a few months any ideas why this would be? I do not want to name specific searches, but they are not all related to one another, so it has nothing to do with banned topics etc I mean, what if a customer tries to search a 3 word term and all they ever see are 404 errors?

I just created three direct only products that I put in a collection that will also be direct only. I thought I set it up right and created a link to send. When I checked the link it worked fine for me (I was logged in to my account) But when I send the link to the buyer, it shows as an empty (no products) collection. How do I get the products to be visible to my buyer?

OK, I'm sure there is a simple answer to this one, but I'm stumped. On some of my svg images, the design tool gives me the option to change the border color like this: On other ones, all I can do is change the color, I don't have the option to add a border: There MUST be something different about the files, but I'm stumped. I THINK I have created these files the exact same way. I used Photopea to create them, I uploaded a png, vectorized the image setting the number of colors to 3, then saved it as an svg. What am I missing?

A couple of days ago, I started working again on designs for teddy bears. When I clicked on "add your design", the layout (is that the correct term or is it template?) was a rectangle which it has always been and what I want. This morning, when I click on "add your design", it's not a rectangle. The height is bigger than the width. I didn't do anything different, and I can't seem to change it. What's going on and how do I change it back? Thank you.

How do you handle titles, tags, and descriptions on multiple colorways of the same design? I usually have several colorways for each product. Do I need to do a completely different description/title for each colorway option? I mean it's the same design, just in different colors. Will the products be triggered as spam if they have the same description? If I include the colors in the title and/or description is that enough? Also, how many colorways are too many? And not just the colorways but if the same design (and colorway) is on an invitation, an enclosure card, a napkin, etc. the description will be very similar. Any input would be helpful. Thanks.

Hello! I want to condense my stores a bit and would like to republish one of my items in my main store. The issue is, I would like to leave it as "direct link only" in the original store where I uploaded it because I'm pretty confident it's being referred by a 3rd party (I don't know who) and I've advertised it over time and there are links "out there." Would this be a "duplicate" item issue? I don't want to break rules, but I also want to do what's best for my business and the customers. Thanks for your help! Amanda
