I understand how cookies/trackers work. I just don’t get what’s the reasoning behind fees deducted from sales definitely coming from my own promotional efforts? I already hated promoting, they just made me (and I guess a bunch of others) completely stop it. I’m not that gambling type. (Unpopular opinion, but I also have issues with the cookie duration. If someone clicks a link on pinterest or other social media, then doesn’t like the product that much and closes it, a bit later clicks another link and likes that product enough to buy, why does the first one get the referral? Hi everyone, I'm facing a struggle to get payment. still not received it to my hand. Now I'm really tired. So far I got my cheque three weeks ago. I deposited it into my bank on the same day, but it has not been credited to my account yet. I contacted my bank; they informed me that the check had already been sent to the issuing bank and was waiting for payment. I understand that some check clearing can take time, but this delay is causing me stress, especially because my current financial situation is difficult. Both UK and Rest of Europe international domain links lead to your UK domain with the difference that UK is based on £ and Europe on €. I didn't find any way (even analyzing the html code) to link to the € variant. Is there a way to get to the € variant from outside? Working on my website and offering my visitors links to their local domains. Cross-domain handling: Affiliate and promoter shares used to get lost when customers switch country/domain from within the Zazzle pages. I recently launched a new store focused on products inspired by my home country — Ancient Egypt 🇪🇬😍 I’ve uploaded 184 products in the last 6 days, based on a kind recommendation from someone here in the forum (everyone here is so helpful and supportive ❤️).   At first, around 90% of my products had zero views. But I went back and improved the SEO for just the first 10 listings, and when I checked the next day — they all had views! One even got 16 views in a single day, which really surprised me 🤔   So now I’m wondering — can anyone help me understand how the Zazzle algorithm works? What kind of changes or actions actually trigger more visibility or exposure? We've had 5 cancelled orders on 1 of our Zippo Lighter designs in one month. They are from different customers, although a couple were from the same city. Most were ordering more than one, which would have been a nice commission. This lighter got 1 review with a customer stating the design was fine but the lighter didn't light (this manufacturer of the lighters has ONE job to do! LOL). So we don't know if everyone is looking at the review AFTER the order or if Zazzle is flagging them and cancelling them. They are generally cancelled soon after the initial order goes through. Lucky Clover Shamrock Green Black Purple Colorful by 1234Shine @Heather    I had this product under the 'Crafts & Party Supplies' department: Crafts & Party Supplies > Gift Wrapping Supplies > Wrapping Paper.  There isn't a single wedding-related word/phrase in the title, description or tags, and I even set 'Holiday' to 'St. Patrick's Day' and 'Recipient' to 'For Anyone.'  But none of those matters, because Zazzle keeps forcing it into the 'Weddings' department: Weddings > Décor & Party Supplies > Party & Shower Supplies > Bachelorette Party Decorations & Supplies. I've tried so MANY times (too many to remember) changing it to 'Crafts & Party Supplies', but Zazzle always pushed it back to 'Weddings', it's insane, it's exhausting - I give up!   My time is just as valuable as the time of any of you fine folks working at Zazzle. If you were me, how would you feel wasting your precious time in a never-ending tug-of-war you simply can’t win?   Why do I care so much what 'Department' my product goes to?  Well, dear Zazzle, you've left me no choice; it all comes down to $$$$$. Products in the Weddings department are subject to a 50% royalty deduction on 3rd party sales—an extra 10% compared to the Crafts & Party Supplies department. So the next time I get a 3rd sale on this listing, I will be requesting a refund for that additional 10% deduction using this thread as evidence to prove 'No! I did NOT put it in the Weddings department.'    I am probably not the only creator experiencing this department 'misplacement' issue. I'm sure others will also start requesting royalty refunds once they find out their products are forced to a different department, too.
