Why does Zippo always deny any public domain images on their Lighter's? Do they not know public domain law? I guess they only want repeating flower patterns. Even when I use one of my original designs. I suspect Zippo would interrogate me about the design. Zazzle, I would suggest not even doing business with Zippo. How many times has a customer transferred a design onto a zippo lighter, only to be told we can't sell it?

I made five different design for a customer who contacted me via Zazzle. I asked him to please delete cookies before purchasing. He finally purchased the product and I did not receive the referral which is bad but it didn't even come in as 'none' but '3rd party' How do I get the fee on a 111.00 sale with a 24.8% markup. I got a little over 10% - this sale just went through today and I have all the messages and links to the various design products made and tweeked for him. It also has my message asking him to delete cookies. I at least expected there not to be a 3rd party, Two days and hours of work. Please adjust this as I have all the information and things I went through. Should I tell customers not to come back for 2 weeks until I can get a referral fee or at least no party fee? This is the worst to happen it 15 years of bad moments, With all the changes and people working on it I am sure you can give one newbie the chance to find things out , like how to make this right. I’ve been noticing a sudden and significant drop in my sales since April 1st. Up until then, I was getting regular daily sales, but now it slowed down drastically, I wonder if it’s because of the new terms of service update? Would like to know if anyone else is going through the same thing and what would be causing this.

I realized that many of my invitations are different sizes some are 5 x7 and many are other sizes and this makes the invitations different prices and would prefer that they were all alike. However, when I go into edit I found that this is not an option. So I have been changing the paper size manually...which is a long procedure due to having so many invitations. Is there anyway to edit details to change the paper size ? Thanks for your help.

If an item is for Father's Day, can you put fathers or Father's Day in the tag? And also for weddings or birthdays? Sorry, I'm a bit confused on the tag rules. 😞

I went to use the crop tool in the design area and this is what came up. Has Zazzle reverted to the old crop tool we had before? It only happened on some images and not all of them. Could it be the old images I used the old crop tool on or could this be another test? I'm super confused.

A short time ago, apparently as a fleeting test, Zazzle placed a dropdown on the landing page where a customer could quickly choose the type of product they were searching for, be it invitations, mugs, throw pillows, whatever. When I saw it, I thought "Hallelujah!" Wanting to run a search just now, I looked for the dropdown but the home page is back to pushing "events" and "gifts" and nothing more, narrowing the perceived choices rather than broadening them. Going through my hidden products for Optimization, I noticed something funny about the result for a product link. This is the first time I've seen any link add additional things to a normal URL link. I have been using Benable and posting some of my older sold items only to find that the links that go directly to the item open up the instant download sale page and the shop now page. This has happened more than once. I figured it was due to an item needing to be optomized and not yet through the system. In this case it is an item that sold which is supposed to stay listed.

When will Zazzle allow us to upload product images on transparent backgrounds? I'm fed up of constantly reworking images, removing the background to make a mockup, what a waste of time!

Hi everyone, I’m a designer using Adobe Illustrator and I upload vector (AI) files to Zazzle. I don’t speak English fluently, so I used AI (artificial intelligence) to help write this post. I also apologize if this topic has already been discussed—I tried searching the forum, but I may have missed it. Thank you for your understanding! I’ve read that most products support vector output, but I’m wondering: Are there any specific products that do not print using vector data? If a product rasterizes the artwork, is there a list or a way to tell before publishing? Has anyone noticed unexpected print results from AI uploads on certain items? I was wondering if anyone knows if Zazzle can remove a negative review, since it's not my fault the customer's product was damaged during shipping. I don't like seeing 1 star under the whole collection 😞 and it has an effect on sales, they are way down.

That's it. That's the question. 🙂 If a product is $20 and I have a 20% markup it's $24 so I make $4. If there's a 15% discount, does that affect my $4 or does that come out of Zazzle's pocket?
