I just got new internet service and I can no longer see the left side pop out menus for my stuff, sell, etc. Did Zazzle remove them or is it a problem on my end?

I was adding a series of Zazzle notecards to Benable when, out of the blue, one of those cards showed a Google search link at top right along with rating stars and, when clicked, it goes to a Google search for similar cards on Zazzle. There's also a street address filled in for someplace close to me. Has anyone else hit this roadblock, and if so, did you figure out how to get rid of it? Just noticed this in advanced store settings: ■ Enable cross-domain tracking (optional) Is this a new setting or have I just never noticed it before? My first instinct is to set to 'enabled' but are there any pros and cons to enabling that I might not be aware of?

I've had my Zazzle store for a few years, but I don't use it the way I thought I would. I've transitioned to doing mostly custom commissioned portrait artwork that I use Zazzle to produce, but I don't sell anything through a Zazzle storefront because it doesn't make sense. My store name is my business name and it's possible that someday I might do a shift in my offerings and decide that selling some things would make sense, but that wouldn't happen any time soon. I don't want to close the shop and risk someone taking my name. It's unlikely, but there are similar websites to mine and I could see someone trying to grab my name to thin the herd. Will I be penalized if I keep my shop set as private?

Hello, hoping someone can shed some light. I logged in today to see the error on my earnings page "We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete." It states that my email address connected to paypal is invalid. I also noticed my address had reverted back to a very old address in the payment settings area. I have received payments to the same paypal account for many years and have never had this issue arise. Please help with any information you have to correct this problem.

Hello Everyone, I am a new member, I have created over 400 Wedding Invitation and Business Card templates in my shop for the last three months but I haven't made any sales. https://www.zazzle.com/store/creative_paper/collections My motivation is gone now and I can't work on new designs. I see that no one sees my products and no new followers come. 😞 Is this site really working? I'm not sure! Or what should I do to make sales? As everybody knows, our clean links from Pinterest get redirected to that jumbled up page where you can hardly see the product amongst all the "Other designs". But I right-clicked on the "visit site" button of one of my pins, copied the link, and then pasted that link into another browser, and it's still a clean link directly to the product! So how does it get "corrupted" when clicking on the Visit Site button, if the URL hidden in that button is the correct clean link?

I’ve been noticing a sudden and significant drop in my sales since April 1st. Up until then, I was getting regular daily sales, but now it slowed down drastically, I wonder if it’s because of the new terms of service update? Would like to know if anyone else is going through the same thing and what would be causing this.
