I just found a Zazzle royalties check that I haven't deposited to my my bank yet, dated in Sept 2024. I don't see anything on the check that would indicate it expires after a certain number of days past its issuance date. Is that correct? Am I okay to deposit the check almost a year after it was issued?

Is something like this allowed? Under the logo is a "zazzle.com/store/gildedvow" link written in text and set as object with no interaction. Zazzle's Content Guidelines state that: No business advertising, No church names, company names, school names, abbreviations of school names or sports teams, trademarks, slogans or tag lines... Is inclusion of something like this on a back of a print prohibited since Zazzle is a trademark? Even tho it is uploaded to Zazzle itself?

I made some kind of design myself and uploaded it on Zazzle/TeePublic/Redbubble/Tumblr. https://beutee.net https://vietnamreflections.com But the two sites at the top are selling copies of my design without my consent. When I searched about design theft, I got information that the DMCA take-down notice should be submitted to the web host and that I should report it to Google so that it is not exposed to Google. So I reported it to Google first. Next, I searched these sites on Hosting Checker and it said [Hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.]. So I tried to contact Cloudflare, but I found out that Cloudflare was an additional service without hosting the website. So I asked how to find the web hosts on these two sites on another site, and someone gave me this advice. [the vietnam domain is hosted at rackspace. But it seems to be owned by vietnam verterans of america. It could be hacked.] Would it be a problem if I send DMCA takenown notice to Rackspace in this situation? Would it be a problem to report it to Google? I don't know what to do in this situation. Is there anyone who knows this field well? I'd appreciate your advice.

Is there some reason these stores selling Zazzle blanks are still active? I know one of them at least was reported in a previous thread but was never taken down. Hi! I feel I'm making my keyword research way too complicated. I'm hoping someone uses--and will recommend--just one free keyword tool to use, for instance, Chat GPT, etc. I am confused as to whether to combine methods such as using Google Autocomplete, Google Related Searches, etc. with other methods. Of course, I plan to use the Zazzle site itself for its own suggested keywords no matter what other tool(s) I may use. Thanks!

It has happen again for us,, just recently found some zazzler has copied the exact design and we sent them a message and we reported it to zazzle, and she/he pull it down, but today we have gone back to their store and our design was there again, so we have message them again for them to take it down and we have reported it again to zazzle. My question is, why zazzle does not close that store and stops the people that do that type of thing and stop them from ever having a store in zazzle again. I'm just not getting the tagging concept at all! Should I be making them as simple as possible ie butterfly, orange...? Or gift use ie nature lover, gardener? Combination of both? What? What would you tag a magnet that has a monarch butterfly with a name underneath it? I think I've incorrectly tagged all my products and I'm ready to fix them but need help. I definitely need a store audit but unable to pay the $1000 one-on-one coaching.

I purchased one of my products while I was logged into my designer account, clicking on the product from my store management page. When I looked at my royalty history, it said my purchase was 3rd party under Referred. It also took out a 45% percent marketing fee. Shouldn't my purchase have been labeled as "self" under Referred? When I contacted support about this, they did not address my issue. They sent me the following: "There are a number of limitations that can prevent a referral from being successful. There is no way on our end to tell exactly why the referral was not obtained. It is also important to note that the referral program is a reward system for Creators who have brought new Customers to Zazzle and not a benefit for helping those who have already discovered Zazzle. The most common limitations are as follows: 1. The customer has an ad blocker installed on their browser. 2. The customer changes their browser in the time between clicking the link and completing the purchase. 3. The customer changes their device, i.e. clicking the link on mobile but placing the order on desktop. 4. Changing domains, i.e. going from zazzle.com to zazzle.ca. 5. The referral cookie has expired between being clicked on initially and the order being placed (cookies register to the user’s browser for up to 7 days). 6. The Customer contacted the Creator but have already been on the Zazzle site. Examples of this are customers reaching out via chat, but this can also happen if a customer reaches out via another contact channel Unfortunately our Community Team does not have the means to investigate these inquiries as there are too many variables and we cannot retroactively apply a referral. If you have any follow up questions, please reply and we will be happy to help." I want to reiterate I, myself, was the customer and I am informing Zazzle my purchase came through my store management page. My question is: Why was my purchase through my store management, while I was logged into my designer account, labeled as a third party taking away a marketing fee? I have multiple products created that I have used for ordering product samples for my physical product business. I would now like to begin selling POD on Zazzle using the products I've already created. I can't seem to find how to do that...All I see is the option to create a product from scratch when opening your store. When I go to MY DESIGNS, I see the pencil icon, but that only allows me to add a title/description. I have scoured Youtube and Zazzle communities and can't find any instructions on how to do this.
