I received an email that said that I have a message on Zazzle, but when I try to view the message it wants me to verify my 16-year old account by adding a cellphone #. The problem is that I don't have a cellphone. The message is from a buyer asking a question. I would like to respond to them but can't at this point. How can I get this resolved? FYI: I have been a creator on Zazzle for over 16 years and have sold over 2500 items over the years. FYI: I tried to use Zee (the Zazzle AI), but it is basically useless.

I am not sure if this related to the disastrous new design tool, or what is going on. I created a large gift bag and it shows other options, but they are all empty: https://www.zazzle.com/italian_festive_pattern_gift_bag-256331269809009580 I also get a blank when trying to transfer to another product. I placed the pattern in a separate layer, not as background. Is this part of the "new normal" on Zazzle, or is this a bug?

Many of you know I'm retiring from Zazzle. I've already deleted all content--products, collections, banners, saved designs, and so forth--but when I try to delete the store, it claims I can't because I have content in it. Has anyone else come across this, and if so, how did you solve it?

I see Zazzle has added their new "print-friendly" colors on the customer side. However, there is a HUGE gap between the blues and the teals! (There is also a lack of nice light warm ivory/ beige colors, too.) Since CYAN is one of the colors of CMYK, you'd think that at least THAT part of the color spectrum would be full! You can even see in these screenshots that there's a whole column missing. That's my favorite part of the color spectrum, and I really need that last column, please!

This is especially for place cards. The price changes constantly - sometimes, several times a day. It is beyond irritating and frustrating because I have to switch my royalty rate relentlessly. I get there are sales and discounts. However, the price changes are constant and sometimes vast. What is going on?

10 days ago, I deleted every product and images too. I'm still selling products. I deliberately chose to close at the end of October so that all funds I had accumulated would clear and my final pay out would be in December. Could someone at Zazzle tell me how this is so?

Has anyone else noticed that the baby bodysuits come up as no longer available when you click on one of your products. They seem to still be selling but come up as discontinued for me, I can't even start a new design for baby bodysuits. I am wondering if they are discontinued in Canada but not anywhere else. If they are, I should still be able to create new designs for the US and other countries, but Im not??
