Assuming you have a question and the question is, "Why are some of the tags blue," the answer is that those are tags Zazzle has found are commonly searched on. If you click on one of them, you'll find it's a link to a Zazzle search. Beyond that, it's a link that a search engine will pick up on. The tags that are black will nevertheless be used inside Zazzle.

Impressive sleuthing skills! I had no earthly idea what the question was!

I was just searching for the answer to this myself and found your response. Do you think that means that it's best to use as many as possible of the blue tags that correspond to your product and less of the black ones? If there are 10 blue ones that match my product should I prefer them? Thank you so much for your wisdom 🙂

I can't do any more than give you my best guess. I rather like the blue tags and will use them whenever I can, but I haven't done a statistical analysis of them nor do I know of anyone else who has. Probably only Zazzle knows. I think the way they're chosen is from internal searches that show up again and again, but does this help us? For instance, I've noticed that "vintage" is often hot-linked, but just run a search for vintage and you'll be buried under all the products, which doesn't necessarily help the designer. Maybe it's better if, along with vintage, we have other more specific tags that a customer might search on like "eyeglasses" or "guitar."

Yup, it's all just my best guess.

Thank you so much!

Just wondering about this, tired of putting ten tags and only one or two are hot linked, or blue.😑

Your remark involves another one of my guesses, which is that the hot links aren't terrifically important for us designers because, if they signify anything at all, it's that we've chosen a tag that far too many other designers have also chosen.
