Can I use my Zazzle design as a collection cover? How? lol

Hello!

I thought I read the great idea of creating the new collection covers in the design tool here on Zazzle. So I did. I downloaded it too, and I can neither upload it to Add Media or locate it to put it as the collection cover. It's only 4.4mb, so I don't think size is the issue.

Am I missing something?

I am not really entirely sure what you have tried already. Your image may actually be too small. Needs to be 1480px by 1480px.

You could possibly need to rename the file. I've had trouble uploading edited product image downloads until I changed the name.

Zazzle doesn't allow users to download designs from Zazzle and re upload to Zazzle - I forget the specific reason but it was discussed at some point. I don't think they'd have an issue with this usage but it could be wise to ask.

I've done that before for banners. You have to rename the file, or open it in a program like Photoshop and then save it again.
