Hello
I am new to Zazzle and I have just posted my first invitation. If I have created an invitation for a baby shower and the design is also appropriate for a first birthday can I do a duplicate so I only have to make a few wording changes to the design or do I have to start again from scratch? Effectively, is there a way to do "file > save as" in zazzle?
Thank you
Liza

@Liza
Yes you can. Just open up your first (published) invitation, make the changes and post the new invitation for sale with a different title, description, and modified tags.

Thank you very much! I tried that and it worked. Initially, I was worried that it would overwrite the original template. So I went to the published invitation, clicked on the edit button, made the changes and published again with new title etc, as you said above.....if I do this then decide I don't want to publish it straight away, can I save it to come back to later? or will this overwrite the original? Can you actually change an invitation once it is published....for example, if you publish and realize you have made a mistake can you change it or do you have to delete the listing and start again?
Sorry for all the questions and thanks again for your help. I'm finding it a challenge to navigate everything and find answers to some questions.

@Liza if you make changes to an existing published invite but you decide you don't want to publish the edited version yet, it remains in your saved designs folder. It does not overwrite your original published design.
If you make changes to your original published invite, you will unfortunately have to republish the changes as a new invite. Unless you have been given the replace feature, which most Zazzle creators do not have.

Hi Liza, I do the same as WHS-Designs, but also sometimes just use ctr-C & ctr-v if i just want to use some elements from a design. But it not always "sticks".

Thank you. I was doing copy and paste but yes, as you say it doesn't always stick. Thanks for your help.
