Collection not showing up

I know this has been an issue before, so sorry to rehash the "same old", but just wondering what the deal is. I have a collection of Planners for the New Year that's not showing up in my public store view. It also doesn't show for me on the back end when I click on "Collections" in the horizontal list of store options, but it DOES show up when I choose "Collections" in the vertical drop down menu under my profile icon image. I made it long enough ago (a couple of weeks maybe, can't remember exactly) that it should be showing up. Anyone else? Thanks.

@pencilcat go into edit the collection and check in the 'Your Stores' tab that it's been assigned to your store that you want it to show

Thanks Sara. Already done that. Its been enabled since I created it. Still isn't showing. That's why I was wondering. 

Tried to edit the above, oh well. When I click "view on Zazzle" in the top right of the collection page, it does show up. Also when I click on any of the products in the collection, the "Other products in this collection" string of products does show up. So I guess I should just chill out about it. It just doesn't show up when I do "View public storefront". Moving on . . .

@pencilcat that's really strange. How many products are in the collection? Is the enabled button blue?

Yes, its enabled. It's not like people are clamoring to my store anyway :), but it's still a little odd. At least it IS showing up in the marketplace. Thanks for trying to help.

I can go to the edit collection too, but when I search for it, it doesn't come up! Yet if I go to a product I can see it in that collection!

@zaralla I noticed yesterday I couldn't search for a collection on co.uk when I was trying to add a product but could on the .com.  Perhaps they're doing some work on the collections?

When was the last time you edited that collection? It could be indexing.

Give it a couple of days - if it's still a problem - report it and give a link to the collection that can't be found when you try to add products

I created a new collection today and it seems to be enabled in my store and the marketplace, but does not show up on my Public Storefront. Is there a wait period for it to do so?

I created one on the 7th and as of the 12th is still was not showing publicly on my Store or Member collections tabs so I deleted it. Now that it's been a few more days and hopefully that deletion has cleared the system, I'm going to make a new one today and hopefully it doesn't get stuck in the same black hole.
