Correct a published Product

Hello Community

I put a logo on the back of my cards and I see that this is not working well at all, can I correct a design once it is published for sell, if yes how?

@Celine You would probably have to republish with the corrections and post for sale again and hide the original as Zazzle do not like duplicated identical products in the marketplace.

Some designers have the replace product feature but not all do.

To see if you have the replace product feature, edit the product and once finished, if you see a button that says 'replace product' - press that. If you don't - press the Sell it button and post for sale again

thanks a lot Sara, I did it and deleted the old ones. Would be good to be able to correct a design as long as there are no sales. And I wonder what is the problem with the back of the card design….

@Celine it could be something to do with the redesign when they added the artists attribution option (that little qr code) though we'll never really know, I had some affected but some weren't.
