Cover Photo Doesn't Include Product

I'm so embarrassed to ask this but have spent so much time trying to find an answer.

I successfully uploaded two cover photos a few days ago. How do I get my product in them?

I opened a product for sale. I selected product graphic I wanted on cover photo. Clicked on Upload Cover Photo at the top, it all went well, and I waited a day.

I obviously missed a huge step. Thanks for any advice. ~Molly

Not sure I'm answering the right question here, forgive me if you've already done this but...
The photo you upload has to include the product in the first place. Cover photo does not automatically place the images on a background that you upload.

If the problem you are having is just that the photos you've uploaded aren't showing up, that is a known bug... You may need to click on the "upload cover photo" and go through the process 2 or more times until it shows up. When you see "remove cover photo" instead of upload cover photo, you'll know you've been successful. It may still take a few days for the cover photo to show to customers.

@itsMolly you have to download the product mockup and combine it yourself to a background in your graphic software then upload it as a complete cover photo. It doesn't add it automatically

Thank you very much, Sara! So appreciated! ~Molly
