Yes, you should get a royalty even if the design was transferred. Every now and then, if an item is deeply discounted, you can end up earning nothing or next to nothing. If you've set your royalty really low, this can make it even more of a problem. If that's the case, change your base royalty to at least 14.9% to avoid having this happen too often.
