Different Cost on Product Page Than the Cart

Hello,

A friend is ordering several different notecards.  On one of them, on the product page itself, the cost is $1.79.  When I put in the amount, the sum is correct.  

However, in the cart, the sum is over a $10 difference.  

She wants to order this afternoon so if anyone has any insight, I would greatly appreciate it.  I don't want her to spend more money than she should.  Thank you.

• Too many variables to able to hazard a guess. For example, how many cards, all th same size, style, envelopes, etc ? More details would help us to help you.
  Not saying that you should necessarily post any or  all the details here, but consider all the various changes to the card which can change/increase the price. Check again to see if that might be the issue.

Can you post the actual product? I think it requires some hands on testing to try to suss out..

When I put in the quantity, the subtotal is correct.  But when we go to the cart, it's a completely, and higher, cost.

Don't envelopes come with this?  A cousin bought greeting cards not too long ago and envelopes came with them.

Are you trying for one card? This type of card has a 10 card minimum - you cannot add a single card to your cart, you have to add 10, so indeed the cost is 10x more.
Also, the actual price for the card is around $3, but they are on sale today for $1.78 BUT you won't see the sale price in your cart until you put the sale code in... JUNESAVING4U

Yes, we put the minimum of 10.  And we did put the discount.  That is what's confusing us.  And do envelopes come with this and other notecards?  I checked, and it seems like it does but wanted to make absolutely sure.

Edited to add:  do moderators work on the weekend?  My friend very much wants to order today because several are gifts.  There is no customer service I can call on the weekends.  Is there chat?

The customer has the option to choose envelopes or no envelopes - the choice impacts the price. Other things that impact the price are the type of paper, the size, the quantity, and the Zazzle QR Code (attribution.) 

I tried putting it in my cart and got the exact same price as on the product page - $29.70 for 10 cards. Not sure where you're seeing a price of $1.79 per card for a quantity of 10 cards. The only way I could get that price per card was for a quantity of 500-1000 cards.
