Since Zazzle only has a personal use license, is there anything keeping me from including an extended license for commercial use within the download? Not for reselling the image but for using the image to support a commercial business, such as on a website, advertising, or store signage. If I sell the image on a flat card I could include terms of use on the back. Both sides would be downloadable.
For example:
If I sell a business card for a bakery, the customer is allowed to use it for their business without a license, but a digital download isn't available to use that way. If I were the bakery owner I wouldn't want a business card with an image I couldn't also use on my website/social media or signage.
