Does it matter if I post on .com vs .ca?

Living in Canada, I order from the .ca domain but I'm wondering if it matters which domain I post items to.

I have switched between the two and it seems like everything appears on each. I did notice that I have a different Editor's pick on each domain.

best to post to the .com domain as it offers all the products. (the .ca domain does not)

Hi Amy,Taking a different perspective, it may be that your main advantage is to promote  your  .ca shop, the reason being that  that is your location,so you can promote locally and avoid hitting friends, neighbors and local customers with import fees if they use the .com site. For those wondering,  I posted info further down. You can still promote your .com shop but to different customers.
Keep in mind the shipping costs involved when ordering from the .com site outside of the US.

International Shipping & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes when placed through Zazzle.com**.

Please note that the goods belong to you at the end of the purchase process whilst they are still in our production facility in the United States. For orders placed through Zazzle.com** where the shipping address is outside the United States, an importation process may need to be completed by you as the owner/importer of the product.

I believe that items published on .com are also available for purchase via the .ca site (as well as Zazzle's other international sites) - assuming the product is available there. I publish everything on .com and get plenty of international sales through the other sites. So creating an item on .com doesn't mean that a person in Canada will have to buy it through .com and pay for international shipping & taxes as long as they made their purchase from the .ca site.
