After reporting a store for spamming the "snowman mug" category with all the mugs in their store regardless of what's on the mug, all yes ALL my snowman products were removed from Zazzle. About 100 products. All my snowman products, I took time and care in creating the perfect faces and labeled and tagged them correctly. They were removed without notice, while the spammer still has all their mugs labeled snowman face. I have been on Zazzle for over 10 years can't believe this. What's going on?

The first thing I thought of was, did you use a trademarked tag or in your descriptions, possibly “Frosty the Snowman”?

no, I am very careful with tagging. Unless the phase cute snowman face is trade marked. lol. one mug was an editor's pick and my biggest seller this Christmas. Zazzle will not give me an answer as of yet. I've had 2 things like this happen this week, I have lost hundreds of products. I've been here for over 10 years and have never had an issue. But thank you for thinking about it. Your response had more thought and logic than what Zazzle responded with. I just got a form response that had nothing to do with my issue

It sounds like you have verified that your mugs were showing very recently. Otherwise, I would have wondered if you always used the sugar plums font extras..... which were embargoed a few months ago---a situation which caused creators to lose hundreds of products with no notice.
I also do Postcrossing!

the only clue I got was a content review notice that said I use an image that violated their rule. then they showed a picture of said image. but the image had nothing to do with my design. the image was of Christmas greenery. but I did not use that in the snowman design. not sure what's going on but it all started when I reported tag spammers in the snowman face mugs category. Go check out the obvious spammer. you will not see my mugs/editors' picks because they are all gone. every one of them! 😞 I think there is a rouge employee in my opinion, that I ticked off.

Respond to that content review notice email and ask more questions. They should/will reply with more specifics. For example they can give you the details of the copyright holder, if there is one.

Hi sandy, While you wait for a specific response from zazzle, see If you might have taken screenshots of any of the products in the past, and/or have posted them on your own website or on any social media with the text templates, you can possibly check to see what fonts you used. (Or if you downloaded any of your snowman art showing the font in the past, before the giant meltdown) That might be the reason for the bulk removals by z.
I just googled ‘sandycloss snowman’, you have products there with the various fonts showing, have a look.
And also while you are at it, search the forum using the phrase ‘font removal’ to get the specifics on the font issue.

It's not the font issue, many of the designs had no text on them. But thank you for trying to come up with some help. I do have all my cover photos on file. I am grateful this waited until most of the xmas sales have occurred but they were great sellers, and I do want them back for next year.

You were right, I accidentally put smiley face not Smiling face. This was a hard lesson.

This is a curious situation. How did you figure out that the tag "smil--ey f--ace" tag was the problem? Did you still have some products on z that you could view the tags? Or did you view them on some other pod or social media posts? Knowledge is power, and even tho it was a tough lesson at least you know now. And if you figured it out yourself, bravo! Two thumbs up for you and your persistence in getting it figured out!

This is a weird one. I went to your home page and it had a collection which featured 8 snowman products (presumably it used to have a lot more?). These somehow escaped removal, or (best case scenario) were removed and are now reinstated. Probably somehow escaped removal.
Then I went to google using the search suggested by idraw. There were many of your snowman face products there. Some observations that make this weird:
- Many of the products found by google (which are now dead links) did have text, but if it was a forbidden font, that would have been yoinked months ago and you would have noticed then.
- One of the products with a dead link was a snowman pillow with no text.
- The same snowman faces appear on both the yoinked products and on the surviving products, which goes against a claim of copyright infringement (if that is what the rule is that was supposedly broken) at least for the image. idraw's guess of tag infringement is a good guess but if you never used Frosty the Snowman then what else could it be? Presumably editor's picks are indeed human picked and you would think problematic tags would be spotted then.
- Showing an unrelated image of Christmas greenery as being a problematic image is highly weird. Goggle shows your removed products (which lead to dead links) and I see no Christmas greenery. I hope you get some answers. I really hope that your surviving 8 snowman products are reinstatements rather than oversights. Anyhoo, keep us posted if you get a resolution.
