Hi! I have sold 200 units of flat paper sheet in satin, but this design is blocked for that type of paper and I only allow it to be sold in semi gloss. can this happen? Maybe the customer has bought again? It is a save the date card for a wedding, but perhaps the client used it for something else and it is a recurring sale. I would have to export all my sales and filter to see if it is the same person. This is a $20 royalty, I want to avoid returns, that's why I don't allow paper as fine as satin.
