FIVE CANCELLED ORDERS ON 1 PRODUCT WITHIN MONTH

We've had 5 cancelled orders on 1 of our Zippo Lighter designs in one month. They are from different customers, although a couple were from the same city. Most were ordering more than one, which would have been a nice commission. This lighter got 1 review with a customer stating the design was fine but the lighter didn't light (this manufacturer of the lighters has ONE job to do! LOL). So we don't know if everyone is looking at the review AFTER the order or if Zazzle is flagging them and cancelling them. They are generally cancelled soon after the initial order goes through. Other Zippo lighters have been bought this month with no problem. Has anyone else encounter this issue or have any ideas why this keeps happening?

You may, unfortunately be being used to test stolen credit card numbers…

They are generally cancelled soon after the initial order goes through.

Sounds like they're maybe getting cancelled by content review if they're trying to add text or images that would violate policy, and that's even stricter for Zippos than other products.

Mine was the same person for years. Because of this I don't look forward to looking at that page.
