Foil Holiday Post Card "design placement"

I cannot change the "design placement" to vertical for the back of the "card".  I can for the front, but not the back?  I can see others have done it.

Can anyone help me please??

I look at the backs of postcards all the time and have never seen this, so if there is a way I would like to know also. Do you have a link?
