I'm checking the help section to better understand how to create my personalizable products.
It seems I cannot find a way to group layers, nor I can find the solution in the help section. Any help?
Also, I came across a page which reads
"... When "Customization" is enabled, users can:
- Remove text and/or images from the design ...."
Does this mean users can delete an image using the Design Tool or is there an easier way? Since after those sentences for another customization it is specified that the change is possible through the Design tool, I wonder if an image can be deleted only clicking on the "Personalize this template" button. (I hope I made myself understood!! 😰)
I know some users do not want to mess with the Design Tool but I would like to give them the opportunity to delete some images in case they want to.
Any help is much appreciated! 😊

@DanielaTo group layers - use the shift key on your keyboard and select the layers one by one then on the top tool bar look for Group - press that
You can't give the group a name like you can in Photoshop
With your second question, you used to be able to clear a design element if you made it into an image template however that's since been removed and it now says 'replace image' (the Help pages may be a bit out of date) You can still make them an image template by pressing the 'Make this a template object and giving it a product page label eg - Enter design tool to remove
But I personally wouldn't go to all that trouble if you have a lot of design elements - just leave it up to the user to edit if they want
Any user may change your design layout as they see fit if you've got customization turned on and the only way to do that is by opening the design tool if they want to delete any design elements.

@Sara_H, thank you, much appreciated! And yes, the Help section would need some updates and improvements! 🙄
