I recieved a message in second time about guardian verification, but this person have Zazzle User Badge, i need help.

Report it, block it, and ignore it.

Hi Cat , yes it is a scam post as you have rightfully said, however if the scammer sees this post they could pick up the employee Zazzle badge shown here plus layout to make it more convincing ! Jilly

The badge does not appear in the message itself, it's displayed under the user name in an area that cannot be edited - and Zazzle has already published the images themselves here: New User Labels - Know Who You're Chatting With! - Zazzle so it's not like I'm giving away secret information. But mods, if you're concerned about it, feel free to delete my comment.

And yes, you should be sure that the badge is displayed in the correct place and not as an image attached to the message or something like that.
