Weirdly, the amount I was notified of, and received, via PayPal is different than the amount showing up on my payment history. Luckily for me, the amount I received is significantly greater (somewhere around 9%) than what was shown as pending in the history records, but it still has me scratching my head wondering why that would happen. And just to clarify, the difference is not anything to do with currency exchange as both amounts are shown in the same currency. The amount in payment history has cleared now and is still showing the lower amount.
The amount I received is closer to what I had calculated as correct whereas the history amount seemed low to me .... cancellations that I missed usually make it vary slightly from my calcs.
Anyone have any clue as to why this would occur?

It happened to me too. I've emailed to ask why and not heard anything back yet.
Perhaps it's our christmas bonus? 😂
We'll probably have it deducted from our next payout so don't get too attached to it

Lol ... 'Yay! a Christmas bonus!' is the first thing that came to my mind too. I was already kinda getting attached to it, but darn, you're probably right about it being deducted next pay.

Not yet. We’ll have to see in the new year if my smile turns upside down. 😉

Hmmm... mine matched to the penny. Guess no Christmas bonus for me!

Perhaps it's an international thing. I'm in the UK

Maybe that's it. I dunno. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like LOTS of stuff has been quirky lately.

I got à 13% Christmas bonus too. I live in the Euro zone; it might be a glitch in the exchange calculation.

hhhmmmmm ... that does ring true since we all seem to be floating in international waters with a leaky boat.

Hey Baylee. I believe it’s likely a Zazzle Christmas bonus worked out from 2% of your earnings form January to October (that’s just from rough calculations) 😊

If the "bonus" is calculated from january to october it would arround 1% for me.
If it is not a glitch, it could be a recalculation by Zazzle using a fairer exchange rate. Zazzle does not offer very good exchange rates for us. For November, Zazzle's USD/EUR exchange rate is 1.12 (as shown in the history), while the official exchange rate is 1.05. This represents a steep 7% commission, compared to PayPal, which charges 'only' 3.5%.

Could be possibly, not sure too sure. You could try maybe change your payment currency to USD with zazzle. Then they will pay that to your PayPal account… then convert it it EUR in PayPal

I’ve already tried this. It’s a good option for US sales, but for sales outside the US, I faced a double penalty: an exchange commission from Zazzle and another from PayPal (to convert USD to EUR). The best solution depends on the ratio of US to non-US sales.
