HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO ORDER SAMPLES NOW!!!???

So I tried to order some more samples of gold foil wedding invitations, the last time there was a 50% off sale. I use a separate account, with an email I don't check every day. I got the initial email that the order was processing, AND the sale showed up in my stats and notifications in my store. Now, a week later, I check my emails again to find out that they sent me an email saying they CANCELLED my order, because I didn't change the sample text!!!! Why should I have to change the sample text just to order a quality sample?????? Now I either have to reorder, or hope for the best that I won't get refunds or lost sales! And of course, there isn't a 50% off sale now, so I'll have to wait EVEN LONGER to reorder. I won't get it until at least next month, when I'll be away most of the month! It's bad enough I have to order FIVE now! I shouldn't have to take the time to make up all new information for a FAKE wedding when I just want to see what the italic text looks like in gold foil!

Yes, it is very frustrating. I live in Europe, that makes it more difficult to order samples... It's too expensive for me. In order to see the quality of one of those metallic cards before dedicating my time to designing them, I had to order 10 and I took advantage of the opportunity to give them to a relative of one of my friends, who lives in Florida, and has a baby who was celebrating his first year. and she sent me one of the cards to test... I also thought about doing a little raffle among my followers, but it seemed a bit ridiculous to give away only 10 cards...
