Is there any way to see what size of a product a customer orders? For example- tissue paper- I want to see what sizes are most popular with customers. If I set it by default to the smallest size, I have no idea whether customers change that size, or is that the most popular size?

I believe a change in size (or other value) would show as a "C" in your summary. Sometimes it is hard to tell - for instance - a rubber stamp with, or without handle. If you open the link from your earnings page it should show what options were chosen - size should be shown there. (Compare with your default posting to see any differences.)

Connie I always click through via my Earnings page to see if the customer changed size or used different paper types. If you look at the product page via the Earnings page you can see if they made product changes. Of course you wouldn't see customization but, the product itself with the drop downs for changes will look the same as what the customer left the page to go to their cart.

Thank you! I never knew that! So far all the tissue paper that I checked wasn't customized at all, but I checked some other products, and sure enough, I can see if they chose a different paper type, or high-fidelity printing, or stuff like that! I don't have time to go through hundreds of pages of sales, though, to find all the tissue paper, so do you know if there's any way to sort out just the tissue paper?

No, I don't know how to separate by product unless you download their CSV report.

Connie - to find your "tissue paper" more easily (still a little work) - do a search in the ROYALTY history view.
Change the page view to a SHOW a higher number. The search (on windows anyway) highlights the words so they are easier to locate.
