Instant Downloads PNG question

For the PNG option of the Instant Downloads, will the background be transparent if I leave the background of the invitation transparent?

I believe so, yes. For the old download I purchased, I just went in and deleted their all-over background image and made sure to set the Background to Trans, and then downloaded the PNG for it. And yes it was transparent.
