I've used some contractions such as 'I'm' and 'it's' in my collection emails and I'm wondering how they will appear to customers. When I send a preview email to myself, it shows them correctly but the preview within the collection itself shows them as gibberish.
Since the fine print gives this disclaimer, I'm not sure which version to believe: Note: All formatting, links, and html will be removed before the email is sent.
Writing without contractions sounds too formal, so I'm hoping this can be addressed to assure they appear correctly. Thanks!

@Baylee
Just guessing here, but what you say you are seeing as gibberish may be html formatting inside the email which makes it sendable. Since your preview email shows correctly when you receive and open it, sounds like there is no problem.

Ahhhh.... that makes sense @idraw. Since I know diddlysquat about html, I'm going to take your word for it and hope it's good as is then. 😋

This is what you see—
See screenshot
To simplify, this is the html that you don’t see—
<p>See screenshot</p>
the <p> indicates paragraph opening and then </p> closes it.

Contractions should appear just fine. Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

This is how the email appears from within the collection management system @Scott:
Hi!
Thank you so much for supporting my artwork with your recent purchase!
I'm glad you found what you were looking for. 🙂
Did you know it's part of a coordinating design set? Here it is, in case you missed it!
Warm regards,
Barbara, Designer
