@MissPaperFarm as far as I'm aware - no. It's a whole store sort of setting.
I think the design migration is only for phones (I could be wrong)
and all I could find in the help files is a video from 2017
and they were discussing migration of business cards so dunno
Do you mean switching on Design Transfer?
You can set it at design level when you post for sale - by switching off the Customize it button - this stops design transfers and any edits in the design tool
https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/219543148-Product-Customization-on-Zazzle-Explained
(switch it on/off in advanced settings of your store)
I leave everything on as it allows the customer to make anything they like (which is the name of the game)

Oh yes! I meant design transfer. I wanted to enable it only for certain designs, but I noticed it appears it's only an option for the whole store. I would like to do this, but I can't do it on all my designs because my artist signature will get cut off with some products ☹️ Thanks for the help!

@MissPaperFarm Like I said, when you publish a design for sale - you can switch off the customize it button and that stops customers from transferring your design but you are limiting your sales if you do switch it off.
Zazzle doesn't recommend switching off this feature
Due to the different products that are available to transfer your design to, each design area is different and if you really need your artist signature on each product, you'll have to create each one individually. Which means more work for you making cover images, putting in collections and promoting.
At the end of the day - the choice is yours but I would leave it open to customization and switch on design transfer,
