Is there anything I can do (or try to do) about this review?

One of my best selling products recieved a three star review. With only two other reviews, it doesn't look great. I imagine it may also negatively impact things outside of customer confidence, such as where the item ranks in search results.
But the reviewer was explicit that their reduced rating was based on the quality of the product, not the design.
From reviewer:
- "These socks are uncomfortable! But the printing was really good.
- About the Product
- Can these be printed on a pair of socks that you actually want to wear because they don’t hurt your feet!?
- About the Print
- Liked the printing. The comfort and quality of the actual sock was the problem"

Is there anything i can do about having the review attributed to the base item, rather than specifically to my design, or am I just stuck with it?
My sales are already down to nearly half of their typical average for this quarter, so I fear this may only exacerbate that.

I think that review is pretty clear that the problem was with the quality of the fabric and not your design. This type of review would not bother me, as there’s nothing I can do about it—other than contact the customer and tell them to reach out to Zazzle’s customer support (which in my experience is excellent).
