I was messaged by someone saying "I'm a zazzler, too. Sharon, how do. you market your store/products?" They added their name but no store name and I could not seem to find them as a creator on Zazzle--but perhaps I just did not use the right phrasing. I am reluctant to reply since I could not find them here at zazzle.

To me it sounds innocent... at least so far. Reply and tell them your not sure how much you can help, but that you're willing to take a look at their store. Ask for the url. If they start to get weird, just block them and report.
Or just ignore it and move on. It may not be worth your time...

ETA- I just check my chats and found that on the top right, if you click the three dots next to there name you get a details pop down (?) - Then next to their name, click the 3 dots again. and a little pop up opens with a view profile option. Click that and it takes you to their member page.

Thank you PacifierCity! That is exactly what I was hoping to find--their website to confirm that they actually were a zazzler (I've read many of the posts about all the scam messages being received by many so I was naturally skeptical). She is indeed a fellow Zazzler so not sure why I could not find her by doing a google search with her name and the zazzle url. Anyway, I appreciate your helpful and quick response! (I never investigated what those dots were)
